Clinton B. Townsend is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has been practicing law in Skowhegan since 1958. He is a former County Attorney. Mr. Townsend served on Maine's Land Use Regulations Commission in 1972 and 1973 and on the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization from 1990 to 1994. He is also currently President of Maine Rivers.

Warren C. Shay graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1974 and has practiced law with the firm in Skowhegan since then. He was a Selectman in Skowhegan from 1982 to 1994 and served as Chairman of the Board from 1984 to 1994. Mr. Shay currently serves on the Skowhegan Board of Assessment Review. Mr. Shay is a Director of Skowhegan Savings Bank and Lake George Regional Park and is a Trustee of Bloomfield Academy, which owns and operates the Skowhegan Free Public Library. Mr. Shay is the County Attorney for Somerset County.

J. Michael Talbot is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Franklin Pierce Law Center. Mr. Talbot began practicing law in 1977. He was the First Assistant District Attorney and was then in private practice until 2000 when he joined this firm. Mr. Talbot is a former Member and Chair of both the Waterville Board of Education and the Waterville City Council. Mr. Talbot is a Trustee and the Treasurer of Kennebec Water District and has served as the Public Administrator for Somerset County and as a Justice of the Peace since 1984. Mr. Talbot is also fluent in French and welcomes any French-speaking clients.
